Koi Fish Care Basics…

Koi Fish Care Basics…

Article by Kenneth L. White

To properly take care of koi fish requires a level of dedication that is not seen in most pets. As a potential koi fish owner you must make sure that not only the fish are taken care of, you must also make sure that the koi fish’s pond is okay. This is not a controlled environment because the pond is outside.

With that being said, there are certain things that you, as the pond owner must pay attention to that other fish owners don’t have to worry about because their aquarium is inside. The concepts are similiar, but you have the added problem of outside influences such as rain, snow, birds, cats, and other animals that can impact the health of your koi fish.

There are certain things that you as a potential koi hobbyist must know before you begin! Things like:

1. Mechanical filtration vs. Biological filtration.

2. The nitrogen cycle.

3. Organic and inorganic waste products.

4. Nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria.

5. Making sure that your new pond is built properly.

6. Making sure that your pond water is ready before you put the fish in the water.

These are just some of the things that you must know before you begin this hobby. Now that you have everything up and running, you now have a different set of priorities:

1. What kind of koi fish food do you buy?

2. Do you have summer or winter koi food?

3. How much is too much to spend for your fish food?

4. How many different types of food should you feed your koi?

5. How many times a day can you feed your fish?

I know that the whole experience might be a little overwhelming, but these are questions that have to be answered before, during and after you get your koi pond up and running. I don’t want to overload you, but you should worry about the fish like you worry about any other pet in your household. Because most likely, the koi will be the most expensive to care for if you do not do it properly.

I hope that by reading this article, that you are interested to seek out more information and that you will visit the website, http://koifishcare.info to learn more. Like I said before, I am not interested in confusing and overwhelming the potential, new koi hobbyist. I just want to make you aware of some of the obstacles associated with koi fish care. Like all obstacles, they can be overcome with knowledge and understanding.

Once you get your koi pond up and running, the koi hobby will be the most rewarding hobby that you have ever undertaken. Sufficient knowledge of this hobby will be the only thing that will prepare for the journey ahead. And you will thank yourself later for acquiring the information before, during, and after you started enjoying your pond. Good luck!

Go Fishing

Go Fishing

Article by Sergey Piterson

Warm weather comes, as usual, once a year and some seniors opt to sit around in retirement and play cards or knit. Others don’t. Some may want to learn how to get wet and catch fish and become involved in all the rituals and debasing situations it puts them in. Why do it? It has been said, half the fun of fishing is just relaxing outside on or near the water. Of course, the other half is maybe catching a fish.If there were a third half of the fun and an encouraging reason to do it, it would probably be a great opportunity to join friends in telling fish stories. And anyhow, what’s the difference between being laid back in a lounge chair in front of the boob tube, or laid back somewhere pleasant with a line in the water? It’s worth an examination. For starters, don’t be put off by tackle shops full of incomprehensible equipment or the misgivings that you can handle all the baiting, casting and hook removal with the proper gear. A tackle box the size of a Buick filled with wondrous and magic objects is not needed… so they say… but will come when you start to suspect the fish are smarter than you. A simple rod, reel, line, hook, bobber, some worms, and a six-pack will suffice to go fishing: You know, just like when you were a kid and dipped a hook and line dangling from a broom handle into the local creek. It’s easier than it looks. Probably the best approach is to stop the time machine, become a kid again, and make it your whole new world. Then you must consider there is fishing, and there is FISHING. So what method will you use, and for what kind of fish, and where? These are important questions to deal with. It looks so easy on TV. There’s the guy wading in the middle of a river snapping his rod and line and fly across the water like graceful painter; the Huckleberry-Finn-type kid seated on the end of a pier with his line just hanging down while he’s eating his sandwich; a well-tanned and macho chap positioned at the rear of a large craft with his line splitting the ocean in the boat’s wake; and the cool cat leaning back in a small boat in the middle of a lake or bay with his line following any current that occurs. Which one will be you? This is where geography and economics factor into your fishy decisions: Salt water or freshwater? How far do you want to travel? Is this a once-in-while hobby or are you building an alter ego? Do you want to fish every-other weekend, 100-days a year, or every day? What kind of fish do you like to eat (assuming you bring home the keepers)? Do you even like to eat fish? Are crappies worth the trip? Can your freezer hold a marlin? Are there enough catfish recipes in the world? Will others in your household put up with the live butter worms or smelly bait you’re storing for future use?If the mystery and seduction of the oldest woman in the world, Mother Nature, doesn’t drag you to the old fishing-hole wonderland, then the poetic and vibrant names of the lures, spoons and flies may do it: Twitchin’ rap, deep tail dancer, skitter pop and skitter walk, glass fat, pearl redhead, buck-a-boo, tiger tubes, flirty girty, black gnat, and so on. These are names that will stick to you like a fishhook caught in your collar. The fishing rod has one quality it won’t fall under: short. They are long poles that must be strong enough to pull in the biggun’. They’re made of split cane, high-modulus graphite, fiber carbon, titanium, fiberglass, and materials so light you don’t even know it’s there. Reels come in styles for casting, flying, trolling, saltwater, and pulling your truck out of a ditch. You don’t even want to get into the names and descriptions of the fish in the world without first having an acute dedication to this project.Of course, what would fishing be without a few secret tips and techniques? For that, you must turn to a handful of experts, and they can be found everywhere and under any rock while looking for worms. Ask any of your friends, they will know.Special techniques must be learned, like, tying the fisherman’s knot. How to bait a hook is an important thing to learn. They say, once you get past the slime and wriggling, the tricky part of baiting a hook is getting the worm to stay on. Good Luck! Knowing how to cast might be necessary. Everyone casts a bit differently so don’t be too concerned about form. An over-the-shoulder cast is traditional, but a sidearm cast keeps the menacing hook farther from your face and the seat of your pants. The point of any cast is to get your bait where you want it… near the hungry fish. The last and most basic question that must be answered and implemented before this new venture, ‘The thrill of the first catch,’ is, ‘how much do you want to spend on a rod & reel, on a boat, or boat and trailer?’ Nothing is cheap except that broom handle and the fish tales.

Reelin ‘Em’ In; How to Tell the Difference Between a Shark and a “Gold” Fish

Reelin ‘Em’ In; How to Tell the Difference Between a Shark and a “Gold” Fish

Article by Beaulah Hamilton

You’ve been out fishing long enough. It’s time to start reelin ‘em’ in! Distinguishing between the “gold” fish and the sharks can be quite difficult, if not downright impossible. The sharks, being aware that there is a demand for “gold” fish, are able to disguise themselves so well that to the naked eye they appear to be “gold” fish. It is easy to see with magnifiers, however, that these “gold” fish are truly sharks.

If one goes fishing without their magnifiers they are in danger of passing up a true “gold” fish for a shark. Sharks, being quite ruthless will target and circle their prey before they strike. When they do, they go straight for the heart and soul causing their victims much pain and anguish. Reeling ‘em’ in does not come without some serious risk. Much of this risk can be avoided if one knows how to spot a shark in disguise.

Everyone knows that there is no perfect fish in the sea and that almost every fish has a scale out of place somewhere. With that understanding, one could get quite confused about which out of place scale to be concerned about when there are so many scales. Being quite the “gold” fish yourself, you most certainly do not have time to waste looking for out of place scales. Such wasted time prevents you from enjoying all the wonderful scales that are in place. Why should you let one bad scale ruin it for all the rest?

Imagine you have gotten to your first date. You plan to meet at the “Coral Reef” a local nearby restaurant at 7pm. Being, right on time, you walk through the door and there sitting on a bench next to the hostess station is your date. He looks exactly the way he did in the pictures he sent. Interestingly enough, your date is surrounded by half of the employees in the restaurant, including the owner. All eyes are on you. Somewhat intimidated and startled by all the attention, you move forward to approach the crowd. You notice that your date has not a scale out of place. His pearly white teeth light up the room each time he smiles. As he reaches down to turn off the cell phone clipped to his belt, he turns to the owner and requests the “best table in the house.”

Feeling rather special, you follow the owner to the back of the restaurant where you are seated at a very private table. Your date being 2 steps behind, trips over one of his shoe laces and just barely misses the floor as he stops himself from falling. Within mere seconds you watch as his emotions go from being stunned to embarrassed then to rageful. He turns to the owner and in an angry voice asks “don’t you know how dangerous it is to have carpets that are not flat? I could have seriously hurt myself.” The owner assures him that the carpets are new and quite flat. He takes the opportunity to request a discount on his meal.

Finally he is seated and it is time to order. He decides that he will order one dish to be shared between the two of you “because this is not about the food” he informs you. He decides that the dish to be shared will be what the owner recommends. The owner, obviously feeling very uncomfortable about this unusual request states, “Sir, I don’t make recommendations. I don’t know what either of you like”. After much back and forth the owner finally recommends the lamb.

As you are casually conversing while sipping your wine, you find the conversation getting deeper. The conversation eventually rolls around to his ex-wife. A look of sadness comes over his face as he begins to recall the unhappy memories associated with being unwelcome in his own home by his now ex- wife and 3 children. His ex-wife who was totally ungrateful for the hard work it required to achieve the high standard of living they had grown accustomed to, made his life miserable. She let the cats that he never wanted in the first place scratch up the furniture and she turned the kids against him. He was left with no choice but to stay away from home as much as possible by taking advantage of job travel opportunities.

By this point, you are almost hooked. This poor man lost out on watching his children grow up because of his evil, wretched wife, yet he stuck it out for the sake of the kids. He continued to bring home the bacon for 20 years while his wife sexually deprived him. To make matters worse, he never once cheated on his wife. He professed that he wished that he had cheated because he is just now, at the age of 45, beginning to feel the pleasure of life once again.

Your heart melts for this good man that had a strong sense of commitment to his wedding vows and children. You wonder how any woman could be so cruel to such a sweet man. It is at this moment that he reaches over, puts his hand on yours and tells you what a great listener you are and lets you know how easy to talk to you are. He lets you know how good it feels to finally talk to someone who understands.

When your meal arrives, so does another glass of wine. Despite what appears to be genuine warmth and kindness, he gazes at you with a stare that appears cold and empty. It sends shivers down your spine. He tells you how much you remind him of an old girlfriend that he almost married before he met his ex-wife. You find yourself being drawn closer and closer to him despite a nagging voice in the back of your head telling you to run. You want to believe that this very physically attractive man is everything he portrays himself to be.

He escorts you out to your car. He bends over and gives you the most incredible kiss that you can ever remember getting. As he straightens up ever so tall, he states “I think this is love”. Your insides melt and you find yourself temporarily insane with the idea that this could be “love”. Suddenly you are shaken back into reality as you recall the empty cold stare that sent shivers down your spine.

Signs that you have had dinner with a shark:

*He likes to be seen and heard. He revels in the attention and adoration of others and will seek any opportunity to gain it. That explains why half the restaurant was surrounding him when you walked through the door.

*Sharks pay very close attention to their image, also known as their “fa

Bait Fishing – Unusual Foods That Game Fish Eat That Make Great Live Bait!

Bait Fishing – Unusual Foods That Game Fish Eat That Make Great Live Bait!

Article by Mark Fleagle

To be successful at bait fishing you need to understand the food chain for your favorite gamefish. Game fish eat a variety of different food types such as Larval aquatic insects, small bait fish, tiny mollusks (snails and clams),crustaceans, and large fish such as suckers and white fish. Gamefish normally start feeding when they are triggered by some action in their environment.

Also here’s some interesting bait fishing information that all fisherman should be aware of. Some types of food that gamefish eat you would never think some species of gamefish would ever eat. For example trout and walleye will both feed exclusively on aquatic insects during the first few days of a hatch. Normally, walleye fisherman focus on other more common bait fishing baits such as nightcrawlers, chubs and leaches. But if your timing is right and you know a curtain aquatic insert type is heavy into a hatch, mimicking this insect larva type will increase your chances 10 fold for catching your limit of walleye.

Most bait fishing folks probably don’t realize that if they fished with small snails and clams that they could catch some some good size catfish, redear sunfish, or shellcraker. For example, mollusks such as snails make up a large part of the diet of redear sunfish, or shellcraker. So if you could learn to fish with snails you could catch some good size redear sunfish, or shellcraker. Or if you could learn to fish with clams for catfish you could catch some size cats, because part of many catfishes diet are clams if they are part of the catfishes local environment.

If you are a bait fishing enthusiast you may not know that crustaceans such as crayfish, shrimp, and scuds are part of every known gamefish. What you probably do not know is that very few bait fishing anglers use crustaceans to fish with. What a shame, If you had inside info to a fishing secret wouldn’t you want to exploit it? Well this is not a secret but very few fisherman use crustaceans as bait, but if you are a avid fisherman I bet you will look into it.

Well folks that concludes our article about a bait fishing. Key Points to remember for our article today: Gamefish’s daily diet consists of Larval aquatic insects, small bait fish, tiny mollusks (snails and clams),crustaceans, and large fish such as suckers and white fish. We sincerely hope you use our fishing information on your next fishing trip Good Luck!

Fishing in BC — People do that?

Fishing in BC — People do that?

Article by Kaitlyn Linamen

Fishing has a secret, and as with any good secret, someone has to let the cat out of the bag. Come to find out, the world’s most consistent salmon fishing may not be on the Kenai in Alaska. It may not even be in the US at all. Enter British Columbia, Canada. While you may only know Canada for its love of hockey and maple syrup, there may be another hidden gem waiting.

Where is British Columbia (BC), anyway? Before you go fishing in BC, you might want to know where it is. While much of the Canadian population lives in the southeastern areas of Canada in places like Toronto or Ontario, British Columbia holds down the fort on the west coast. Vancouver, BC, where the 2010 Olympics will be held, is located north of Seattle by less than 150 miles, and Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is only a 3 hour ferry ride from the home of Starbucks and the Space Needle.

Located between Alaska and Washington, the same salmon runs that pass by these locations also pass through British Columbia, often giving the anglers fishing in BC the first chance to nab the best and brightest fish swimming by.

Is fishing in BC actually as good or better than Alaskan fishing? Definitely. Maybe. As with any good question, the answer does require a little clarification.

If you are looking for salmon above 50 pounds, the Kenai Peninsula has BC fishing beat. The fifty to seventy pounders that occasionally show up in parts of Alaska are rare in British Columbia.

However, most fishermen are mainly interested in spending a day on the water keeping busy reeling in consistently large, feisty, flavorful salmon. For these anglers, fishing areas of BC may actually be better than Alaska. Why? BC has fishing locations that keep the fish on the line as often if not more often than most Alaskan areas.

While many of the same salmon runs pass through both British Columbia and Alaska, BC fishing pulls in more Chinook salmon from the saltwater than Alaska. Fishing the BC coast usually provides more of the highly prized, twenty to fifty pound Chinook than Alaskan saltwater does. When fishing rivers, where most Alaskan Chinook are caught, the fish have “turned dark” and are heading back up the river to die. This changes the consistency and flavor of the meat, and the Chinook are usually significantly weaker and not as feisty of fighters. Another benefit of saltwater fishing is the large expanse of space. When fishing the Kenai River, for example, there are hundreds of other boats around. On the ocean, though, there is less chance of being surrounded by other anglers.

So why go fishing in BC?For many people, British Columbia is more easily accessible than Alaska. For example, residents from the northwestern states can drive to their fishing destination. Even for those that fly, though, the travel time to go fishing in BC is significantly less than to most Alaskan destinations. Flights are usually cheaper to BC than Alaska, as well, and require fewer connections on average.

For Americans, depending on the strength of the US dollar, fishing in BC can also come at a discount. At times, when the exchange rate is good, the price in US dollars is only two-thirds of the price is Canadian dollars. Effectively, that is similar to a large discount.

While fishing in BC is not as well known as fishing in other areas, it has some surprisingly strong draws. Anglers here have a great chance to pull in a lot of feisty and delicious salmon while spending less time and money than at many other destinations. Now that the secret is out, don’t be afraid to take a visit and see for yourself!

Types of Freshwater Aquarium Fish – Best Selection of Fish

Types of Freshwater Aquarium Fish – Best Selection of Fish

Article by Brian Wong

If you’re not sure which types of freshwater aquarium fish you should get, this handy guide should give you a few tips on how to make the best selection. Fish should be chosen by using specific criteria. Choose according to hardiness, health, ability to socialize with other types of fish, aesthetics, and finally cost.

One of the most popular among fish hobbyists is the betta splendens. Among the males, these fish, also known as the Siamese fighting fish, are a beautifully, vivid fish that garner a lot of attention due to their brilliance of color. The female of the fish have more subdued colors. In an aquarium, hobbyists can allow the female bettas to reside together as they won’t fight one another. However, the males do not tolerate the inclusion of other male bettas. They will fight until one or the other is killed.

Another favorite in the fish family for those with large tanks are catfish. Catfish are so named due to the long cat like whiskers which grow from each side of the mouth. While most fish have scales, catfish do not and because of this, they have a sleeker appearance. Catfish will eat both plants as well as other fish and as a result are not good in tanks with small fish. This type of fish has been known to grow to a staggering weight. Catfish are not a good choice for people who desire to keep a smaller tank.

The silver dollar fish is popular among hobbyists for it’s appearance. This fish gets its name from the thin, rounded appearance that resembles a silver dollar. Silver dollar fish average about five inches in length though some have been known to grow larger. They get along well with other fish and need to be in schools in order to thrive. One downside to the fish is that they will eat live plants.

Tinfoil barb fish, so called because it resembles aluminum foil, is a fish that should not be purchased by beginners who aren’t sure if they want to raise fish long term as they do have a long lifespan. Tinfoil barb fish grow to be a large size and although they’re helpful to tanks because they eat algae, they have hearty appetites and will eat small fish. For those who decide they do want this type of fish, the tank must be no smaller than fifty-five gallons. These fish need to be with other fish in their species as it is a schooling fish.

For more experienced fish hobbyists, the clown loach is an ideal choice. This colorful striped fish can grow to be a foot in size and needs to be with other loaches. The reason this is not a good fish for beginners is because this fish will succumb to poor water quality and it does take practice to keep the water at the balance needed for these fish.

How to Care for Your Aquarium Freshwater Fish

How to Care for Your Aquarium Freshwater Fish

Article by Chris Walker

It is very easy to ignore your aquarium freshwater fish. They don’t bark like dogs or meow like cats to get your attention. Many may think that dropping a few food flakes daily in their tank is all that it takes to properly care for your fish. Because of this, many aquarium fish are often neglected.

While fish keeping, one must be observant and pay close attention. The main point of fish keeping as a hobby is to observe your fish. This includes checking up on them daily for unusual behavior, gasping at the water surface, lying down at the bottom, or swimming in an odd way. Also check for changes in appearance, and keep a lookout for damaged fins and blemishes.

When your fish are acting abnormally, test the water in the tank first. The quality of water might be the ultimate reason as to why your fish are not their normal selves. Changes in water quality can be stressful to fish, and once a fish is stressed, it could become sick.

In addition to preventing sickness, you might want to quarantine newly bought fish for a week before putting it in the community tank to check whether it is healthy or not. A sick fish can contaminate the water inside the tank, which can do harm to the other fish. A small aquarium will be good enough for this purpose. This may, or may not be necessary depending on the fish you have in your tank. Are your fish fairly hardy, or are they sensitive? Many fish stores quarantine fish when they first arrive at the store.

To further keep your fish healthy, you have to feed them properly. Do not over-feed your fish. Besides, uneaten food only adds to the amount of waste inside the tank. There is a wide range of food choices for your fish. Flake food is very popular and easy. Pellets many times are better, although you have to check their size first before throwing them inside the tank. They should be small enough for both large and little fish to chew on depending on the size range of fish you have in your aquarium. For carnivorous fish, red blood worms are good as well as brine shrimp. For vegetarian or omnivorous fish, vegetables can be really excellent.

Fish need the same amount of care and attention like any other pet. Proper feeding and maintenance of their home must be done to give them a safe and prosperous environment. The joy that any pet can bring can never be underestimated, so take care of your fish and enjoy them abundantly.

Cat dandruff Skin Care

Cat dandruff Skin Care

Article by Jenie Hinaloc

Cat dandruff is common among diabetic cats. A study shows that occurs in 1 in 200 cats have what is known as diabetes mellitus (DM) and if you want your pet to get better, here are some things you can do.

The cause of this problem is associated with poor nutrition. So instead of buying one of those generic brands of cat food, maybe you should change and go for one of those who are of good quality, although it may cost a bit more.

You can also give food supplements containing fish oil have shown to correct the problem of dandruff. This can also come from canned tuna because it is rich in omega 43 that improve their hair in a week.

The symptoms that will tell you if your cat has a problem of skin care, like dandruff includes an increase in appetite, excessive thirst or urination, dehydration, depression, muscle weakness, lethargy, weight loss and coat unkempt which is a direct result of poor preparation. It gets worse when the cat displays weak rear legs.

Aside from a cat being diabetic, other risk factors include certain steroid injections, sterilization and aging. Cold weather could be another cause since it dries the skin of the cat. If your hunch is correct, can solve this problem by buying a topical and oral treatment that is designed to treat dry skin.

Aside from dandruff, owners should also worry about allergies as this also causes skin problems of cats. This may come from cleaners, pollen, food and other sources, since it is difficult to determine the exact cause, owners are advised to use only natural care products in cleaning the house.

The cat also should be confined inside to prevent it from moving out. Studies have shown that sunburn kills the top layer of the skin that causes it to dry and discard. Repeated sunburn can result in skin cancer so if you decide to let them out, this must be done before 10 am and after 4 pm.

During winter, the cat should not be allowed to sleep near the fireplace, as this dries the skin too quickly. To keep warm during the cold months, you should invest in a good humidifier.

The cat may also be infested with fleas and ticks. You can check the cat’s skin routinely to remove them and use of washing powder the rest out. The hair should also be combed so this does not happen again.

If the skin care of the cat problem persists, it is best to take you directly to the vet as over the counter medications and parasite treatments that have tried are not good enough to do the trick. Some of the symptoms associated with dandruff could be something else like a skin disorder and one of them is Cheyletiella that requires professional help.

Skin problems like cat dandruff care should be exercised immediately before it gets worse. Proper hygiene, diet and grooming are the best ways to keep a distance and if home remedies do not work, it is better to get help so the exact cause can be determined and appropriate treatment can be given.

My Cat Eats Grass – So What’s the Big Deal?

My Cat Eats Grass – So What’s the Big Deal?

Article by Joe Cinova

I’ve owned lots of cats my whole life. Two things I know for sure is that they sure are finicky and they love to eat grass. What I also know is that they never got sick just from eating grass. It’s what they do. So really why do they do it?

There are lots of reasons they want to eat the grass and many pet owners feel they need to stop or prevent them from doing so. They feel since there cat isn’t a cow why let them do it. They also think that after seeing them do it the first time, besides being odd it only makes them throw up anyway. Unfortunately since kitty can’t talk we can only watch and theorize about the whys.

What people tend to forget is that this is a pet, not a cat from the wild. It’s a natural instinct for them to graze and then throw up right after they chow down. This is especially true for cats that are not just confined to being a house cat. Outdoor cats will eat just about anything they can catch and this is just one of the reasons they “need” to eat the grass.

One of my cats loved to catch and eat field mice. He wasn’t particular about what he ate so he pretty much ate the whole thing. There are lots of parts that he ate that he could not digest. Although some of this indigestible material would take nature’s course and pass thru his system a lot could not.

So how does a cat get rid of materials in their stomach so it doesn’t continue to cause discomfort or worse yet some type of obstruction? They eat grass to make themselves throw up. It’s really not a big deal for them. I’m pretty sure they don’t enjoy it but it’s also part of their natural instincts to do so. It’s a cycle of removal they go through during the natural processing of their food.

Cats will throw up whatever they can’t pass. One of the most important thing is does is remove fur balls from their system. During the natural cleaning process of their coat their very rough tongue does a great job of removing not only any dirt or mess but retains lots of hair. It forms large fur balls in their stomach. If not removed or passed they cat the pet a lot of discomfort.

Since Cats almost continuously clean themselves they need to have an outlet for removing these fur balls. In the absence of grass they need something to take its place. Fur Ball additives for their pet foods are available for this if need be. One of the best things I found to aid them in getting rid of the fur in their stomach is to give them some type of oil with their food. But a lot of cats do not like this and even if they do be sure not to overdo it.

My cat used to only eat dry cat food. He didn’t care for any of the wet products. Even though I moistened it to his liking it didn’t help pass the fur he would ingest. I saved tuna fish oil and would give it to him. He got a tablespoon about every 2nd or 3rd day. This helped him pass the fur naturally thru his system. Besides that he loved the taste.

Grass won’t harm your pet and they may actually like eating it. Just watch that it is not full of insecticides. It could harm them in the long run if it contains any toxins.

Like anything else if it is a continuous thing, a brand new Cat Behavior, or if they constantly throw up this may be a sign of a completely different problem. A trip or at least a phone call to your vet may be in order. They may want to have the pet brought in or a few questions may give you’re the answers to ease your mind.
